A honed and toned Matthew McConaughey let fans see the results of his regular workouts yesterday afternoon. The 36-year-old actor rode the waves on the beach, improving his surfing skills with a lesson from a professional near his Malibu mansion. He is so hot. The next vacation I take Biff on, I will spend anything needed to be on the same beach as him. Biff is real social too so maybe he will chat him up. That would be so cool if Mathew McConnehy taught Biff Romoray to surf. So hot!
