Orlando Bloom is reportedly in the market to buy a new home in Hollywood (pictured above at the corner of Sunset Plaza and Belfast Drive). Orlando went house hunting this past Sunday one block away from his rumored love interest, Penelope Cruz. Orlando, 29, and Penelope, 32, have been romantically linked, after being spotted dancing the night away at trendy nightclub Hyde over the weekend. More pictures in the gallery!

Lots of celebrities buy houses in that area, so of course it’s near Penelope Cruz–and many others! I doubt they’re together–just happened to be at the same place at the same time. Hell, maybe they’re just having fun since neither one seems interested in settling down. Whatever makes you happy.
I think this is Orlando’s business and not our own. So what if he might be now with Penelope. She is a great actress and I think whatever makes him happy let it be. She is more mature than Kate and will probably treat him better.

It is probably the reason he was with Kate for so long – she looks like a guy (no shape) – so penelope is nice change – at least they look better together than skeletor kate.
