Prince Harry Celebrates His Princess' Birthday

Prince Harry was in Cape Town, South Africa celebrating his girlfriend Chelsey Davey‘s 21st Birthday last night. Chelsey‘s parents, Charles and Beverly, were also in town for the big hoorah (pictured after the jump). Inset: Chelsey sits between Prince Harry and a female friend. More pictures in the gallery!

I dont think the girl in front is chelsey. Please have a look at harrys arm. its on a girls shoulder which is hiding of the paparazzi. I bet thats chelsey, whos hiding.. not the girl in front
