Scarlett Johansson is Cinderella

Scarlett Johansson is Cinderella

Would you help Scarlett Johansson find her missing slipper?

Scarlett Johansson helped kick off Disney Park’s Year of a Million Dreams celebration by portraying princess Cinderella. Celebrity photographer Annie Leibovitz shot this on the steps of the Soldiers and Sailors Memorial on New York’s Riverside Drive with Disney World’s Cinderella castle digitally imposed behind her.

Says Scarlett: “It wasn’t hard to coax my foot into the iconic glass slipper; it’s every little girl’s dream, mine included.”

Says Leibovitz: “Scarlett Johansson couldn’t wait to put on that tiara.” (The Harry Winston 62-karat creation is valued at $325,000. The glass slipper was made for the shoot by Steuben.)

Beyonce and David Beckham were also tapped to portray other fabled Disney characters. Beyonce takes on the role of Alice from Alice in Wonderland. David Beckham plays Sleeping Beauty‘s Prince Phillip.

honestly i can’t see how you people are so ******* judgemental. who are any of you to say what beautiful is? what gives you the right to say that someone is ugly or that they are overrated. Beauty isn’t something that one person has the right to determine. If your speaking of physical beauty then yes it is what is appealing to your particular eye, but that doesn’t give you the right to say that a woman is ugly because she may not be your type or to your taste. Scarlett Johanson and Angelina Jolie are beautiful, they have unique features unlike many other mainstream actresses, and I don’t think that anyone has the right to judge their appearance.

Beauty lies in the eye of the observer. And please note: beauty must be adapted to the role. A Cinderella like that doesn’t remember me the Disney classic so she, the character is simply not my type of Cynderella.

Ciao a tutti from Italy !

she looks so great and I love her long dress and the way they set all the photo..she’s just perfect as cinderella!!!
