Jennifer Lopez Spices it Up in Spain

Actress, singer, fashion designer, perfume vendor and all-round publicity magnet Jennifer Lopez stays classic in black Louis Vuitton as she promotes her film Ciudad del Silencio (Bordertown, but more literally, Silent City) on Monday at Hotel Palace in Madrid, Spain. Jennifer, 37, will later be making her way to Germany to pick up an Artists for Amnesty award at the Berlin International Film Festival.

Bordertown documents the ongoing unsolved murders of hundreds of women near American-owned factories in Juarez, Mexico. The film co-stars Antonio Banderas and opens in limited release in June 2007.

Here are some highlights from Jennifer‘s latest interview with Hello:

• On immediate plans for motherhood: “Immediate? Here’s hoping! (Pauses.) Yes, I’d love to have a baby soon.”
• On her love for hubby Marc Anthony: “When I wed Marc, it was like I reached a better place… A friend told me: ‘I’ve never seen a woman look at her husband like you look at yours.’”
• On her friendship with Victoria Beckham: “I have a lot of respect and admiration for her style, for her amazing taste. A while ago, she came to my house to help me pick out a dress to wear to the Golden Globes.”
