Shohreh Aghdashloo on "Grey's Anatomy"
Dr. McDreamy to the rescue!!
Iranian actress Shohreh Aghdashloo will portray patient Helen Crawford in a future episode of Grey’s Anatomy. Helen is a 50-year-old doctor who is in desperate need of surgery because of a brain tumor. (Do I spy a Hermes Birkin handbag?)
Dr. Derek Sherpherd (Patrick Dempsey, pictured) is somehow connected to Helen, and holds her near and dear to his heart.
Shohreh, 54, was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Actress in a Supporting Role for 2003′s House of Sand and Fog with Jennifer Connelly, Ben Kingsley. But you all probably know her best as Dina Araz, the wife of a terrorist in 24.
Grey’s Anatomy episode “Scars and Sourvenirs” airs Thursday, March 15 @ 9PM ET/PT on ABC.
How cute is this picture of T.R. Knight doing a check-up on Shohreh‘s tummy?
