Jessica Simpson and John Mayer show their love is undeniable as they step out together holding hands on Thursday afternoon in Rome, Italy.
The canoodling couple arrived at the Leonardo da Vinci Airport this morning and were then driven by van to their hotel in the center of town. Acting very much like an affectionate couple, John and Jessica lingered over a romantic lunch at the upscale Dal Bolognese restaurant.
Jessica, 26, and John, 29, have been spotted out together for months but made their romance official last month, posing together for pictures at a Grammy afterparty.

For years now John has said in interviews that he prefers brunettes. Actually – when asked if he preferred blonds or brunettes – and he said Brunettes…brunettes…BRUNETTES.
So as soon as she dyed her hair – that came to my mind immediately. It’s kind of sad actually that she feels she has to change herself for a guy.
Now — if she isn’t just being desperate because no one has wanted to date her — then I think it’s a setup between her and her dad. John is always interested in a good lay. And her camp thinks her associating with a real artist will give her some sort of cred… stupid.

I think they make a great couple. They are just dating. If it works out, that is great. If it doesnt work out, that is fine also. That is why people date. The media tends to forget that. They want babies and then marriage right from the first pictures of a couple together.
As for someone saying she changed her hair because Johns prefers Brunettes. She was blonde when he met her. I am sure she probably just changed it up for fun. No problem with that. I think she looks better blonde. She looks ok : ( as a brunette, though.

I hope they crash and burn just like her relationship with nick. Shes a ***** for leaving nick and she’ll never be happy the way she was when she was with nick.
I’m just wondering, what do they talk about when they’re together? I mean, do they even have conversations with each other? If Itsme is right about Jessica changing her appearance to please her man, could he inspire her enough to read a book (without pictures) and play the guitar? No no, I’m not hatin’ on the Jess here. I just want her to use this time to pick up some skillz (of the non-sexual kind).

She dumped Nick cuz she thought everybody wanted her, but she only found out that nobody really wants her. So she went for the first guy who would take her.
I used to love Jessica, but my opinion has changed. I really don’t like her at all now.

Maybe she “dumped” Nick because she realized she was too young to be married. Maybe she realized Nick wasn’t really the one for her, hence, as someone stated before, you should date around a bit, which is what she’s doing.
I think now a days everyone feels, for whatever reason, the first love of your life should be the only one. You should marry that person and never look back. I think that’s really foolish. We live longer and tons of things have changed and sometimes it’s best to date around a bit before getting married.
Too bad for her she was pressured to remain a virgin before the wedding night, which undoubtly added pressure to marry just to explore her sexuality. I think now she’s older and has the right and ability to say she does want to explore, so I don’t get all the hate.
It’s sad for Nick that his marriage was ended because she decided she couldn’t committ like she once thought, but it’s not a tragedy. He’s still alive, there are worse things in the world that could happen to a person.
I just don’t get all the hate.

I think these two are actually a better couple than Nick and Jessica. Why? Well, Nick is hot. He’s sexy and experienced. Jessica is cute, but she’s such a child. She’s immature and a little goofy. It’s going to be a good while before she is really grown up.
John Mayer is not attractive and he knows it. I don’t think he has a tenth of Nick’s sexiness, though with his fame, he might think he does. Fame goes to peoples’ heads. I think he really likes Jessica because she is cute and childish, so he has the upper hand. He is just pretending to be hard to get.
Don’t be surprised if these John and Jessica end up together permanently.
