OlderMandy Moore Breaks a Leg
Mandy Moore may have looked brighter than sunshine at the Kids’ Choice Awards on Saturday but things took a turn for the worse shortly thereafter.
Mandy, 22, limped around painfully and unaided on Sunday at LAX airport. She fractured her ankle while jumping off a boat during a Self magazine photo shoot. Hobbling around in one of those ginormous orthopedic boots make it seem so much worse!
Poor Mandy, wishing you a speedy recovery!

She’s still strong enough to do things herself and carry her own luggage. Go Mandy!
She’s launching an album next month. Even if it is a sprain, I’d play it safe and overprotect it so she’ll be sure to be on her feet come launch date.

my co-worker’s got a cast like that and it’s just a broken toe. but strapping on the look-at-me cast is probably the most interesting thing blandy’s done ever.
I broke my leg on vacay in Hawaii and I had to wear one of those boots. Luckily, I got lots of Vicodin to go with it.
Probably broke something trying to walk around in those rediculous shoes on Saturday

according to people at the show i talked to she had broken her ankle a week or two before jumping out of a boat for a photoshoot. she went from the orange carpet directly to a golf cart and we drove her around to the backstage because she was practially in tears by the time she got to the end walking around on a broken ankle
