Liz Hurley: Family is Fantastic

Elizabeth Hurley walks her 5-year-old son Damian Hurley (b. 4 April 2002) home from school in London on Thursday.

Below are pictures of Hurley at the Breast Cancer Research Foundation’s Annual Hot Pink Party at NYC’s Waldorf-Astoria on Tuesday.

“We’re so lucky for the good things that we kind of turn a blind eye to the bad things,” said Hurley at the party regarding the drama surrounding her wedding. “My family is fantastic but we haven’t settled down into real life yet.”

“The whole wedding took forever. The wedding itself took eight days; planning it took considerably longer; recovering from it; I’m still not sure I have,” she added.

Aww, Damian looks so cute. Liz looks pretty too. She seems like a great mom.

He is really cute, but do school boys really wear outfits like that in England?

that blazer is so gay

terrible outfit on that kid

It looks like he is wearing a school uniform. Lots of countries have schools where the wearing of a uniform is compulsory. It’s a good idea, especially where parents can’t afford to dress their kids in expensive “labels”. The kids are all in uniform and it stops a lot of the problems caused by kids wearing different clothes. I would say Damian goes to an upmarket and expensive private school so he is definitely dressed to reflect that.

The blazer is not gay. Most primary schools in Ireland and England the children have a uniform. It’s much easier than having to find clothes to wear every day for kids. And a lot of secondary schools (or you call them high school), in Ireland have uniforms as well.

Looks like Damian’s going to the same school Princes William and Harry went to in London. That is a pretty hilarious uniform, though. Hahahahaahahahah. I mean, it’s very smart-looking…but not the most pleasant thing for a 5-year-old to have to wear day-in day-out.

The vast majority of primary and secondary schools in the uk, whether private or state, wear uniform. It is very rare for a school not to have a uniform, and usually only occurs in very ‘liberal’ slightly hippyish schools.
However, uniforms vary in ‘poshness’. Damian’s is very posh-he clearly attends an expensive private prep school. Ordinary, state (free) schools wear a more baisc unifrom-usually just a school sweatshirt and grey trousers or skirt.

But I disgaree that it is a good thing. It is repsresentative of an obsession with conformity in our schools that is very detremental to education. Our schools are terrible over here, and it’s no wonder why given the rigidty. Plus, those unifroms are terribly uncomfortable. I wore a particualr hideous one to school and could never work properly because of the sheer uncomfortablness of the clothes. Uniforms are a total and complete waste of time and money.

I still have my old school blazer from the uk. They might have looked smart but they weren’t comfortable at all – one could barely move one’s arms.

Damien sure looks like his diabolical, oops, biological father.

That not a his uniform you pricks!!!! That’s a ralph lauren Wimboldon Blazer!!!!! You people don’t really know your fashons do you? Every thing under the blazer is the uniform. Except the hat. The Beckham boys have the same blazers Only it’s in navy blue with white trim. I’d expect those comments from the americans not from people of Great Britain or from Europe.

It is a school uniform almost all schools in Britain have school uniforms. This is the school assume Damian goes to. http://www.wetherbyschool.co.uk/welcome.html Also dont call people pricks when you dont have the facts.
