Grey’s Anatomy stars Katherine Heigl, Ellen Pompeo, Patrick Dempsey, and Isaiah Washington take a break from filming their hit TV medical drama on Monday in Hollywood. (Patrick and Ellen were filming a wedding scene.)
Katherine took food back to her trailer, Ellen chatted with Patrick, and Isaiah smoked a cigar. Ellen‘s always got a book or magazine with her on set!

i heard that ellen always keeps to herself and would only pal around with patrick. sandra & tj sometimes hang out with the crew & the extra.
Ellen’s co-stars love her. She has a good relationship with all cast and crew.
Her and Patrick are friends in the real life and they have the same trailer.
A real surprise would have been to see Ellen taking food back to her trailer :)

OMG LOVE these pics sooo much!!! I really can’t wait for this wedding to happen and I just want Burke and Cristina to go through with the whole thing! They are the best couple ever and deserve to be happily married! and Sandra and Isaiah are just so awsome! They are keeping Sandra under wraps probably because they want to keep her wedding dress a suprise! Oh shes going to look amazing! and Patrick and Isaiah look soo hot!
