What the hell is wrong with her face?
Rose used to be so pretty. I think that she has overdone the botox and it certainly looks weird.

People that aren’t familiar with her, and don’t think there’s a problem, forget what she USED to look like!
…and I’m not talking years and YEARS ago — just like a year or two ago – now she looks like Joan Crawford…what happened??
…people don’t just ‘crack’ and ‘hit a wall’ that fast (re aging)! So it HAS to be something else, either some kind of cosmetic surgery procedures/injections gone wrong, or I hate to imply it – but maybe drugs/alcohol? I don’t get it.
She mentioned that she had gotten a cut under her eye recently but that it had healed.
Rose suffered an eye injury (can’t remember if it was an auto accident, or what) shortly before the “Grindhouse” premiere. She underwent surgery, but the swelling has not completely gone down–as is typical with plastic surgery.
She said she had a car accident that required some eye surgery, but it looks like she had more than that done. I also think the new teeth make her look a litle “off.” She is definitely trying way too hard.

She’s not old and already she is trying too hard. Harsh Jen, but way too true. She won’t be Marilyn, and she is no longer Rose McGowan. Ouch.
Is it just me, or does everyone at this gala look basically look like ****? What the hell happened? Either the dress or face or both look wrong on everyone. Normally people look good at these things, but even the celebs I love don’t look great.
Don’t know who she is, but love the dress. Does fit with her looks and physical attributes.

She had surgery to fix a scar on her face after she was in a car accident. I think she could have worked the scar ;-)
