Jennifer Aniston walks out of her Malibu home on Sunday wearing a yellow tank top supporting OmniPeace, an organization which contributes to one of Angelina Jolie‘s favorite charities, the Millennium Project.
Celebrity Babylon reports, “Back in 2005, Jolie, 32, traveled to the remote Sauri area of Kenya with her friend and global crusader Dr. Jeffrey Sachs for “MTV Diary” cameras. The Millennium Project, helmed by Dr. Sachs, aims to make severely impoverished villages in Africa self-sufficient in a five-year time period, all by the year 2025. It was Jen‘s pals Courteney and David Arquette who hosted the launch of the OmniPeace shirt at Kitson Men on June 21, where reportedly 50% of the sales go to the Millennium Project. It’s no secret that Aniston hasn’t put herself firmly behind any charitable venture in any significant way, but this seems to be “baby steps” in the right direction. If Jen can support Angelina‘s African mission, can some kind of peace treaty be on the horizon between the two women?”

There is nothing to patch up. Brad left jennifer. Brad and Jen are not the only ones in the world that ever got divorced. It was 3 years ago. I hope it’s coming from the heart and is not some kind of vicious game to foster a good publicity campaign and transform her self centered persona into a more mature image of someone who is finally more caring about the less fortunate than her superficial pittiful self.
I have a shirt just like that one. I did not buy it because of Jolie. I bought it because of the cause of ending poverty. This is not just jolie’s cause, it is the world’s cause. If jolie was not part of it, it still would be going on because of all the people who are involved.
Hoping this not the reason for JP’s visit. Asking the old lady if its Ok to join the charity drive. Paralyzed by the divorced ,can’t make decisions but hops in bed quickly with VV, PMBP and who’s the latest / CRud. hmm……

Geez, Jared…I just made fun of this earlier today and now you’re trying to prove me wrong! I said X would never stoop to doing anything with the word “Africa” in it, but I guess if her butt-buddy Court supports it, then all those little starving and dying little black people in Africa must need her to wear their t-shirt to prove she’s not down with poverty. Whatta gal. Now that she’s on board I’m sure the world will follow suit.

The post below is one I put on the last thread about X never doing any charity work for African relief. She’s just self-centered enough to think that wearing a FREE t-shirt is doing “charity work”. Seeing her in that t-shirt reminds me of a quote attributed to her about why she and Brad were breaking up – because she “didn’t care about any of Brad’s 3 A’s – Africa, Architecture and Angelina.” Seems like someone has a guilty conscience.

If she was smart she would have striked some sort of deal for the company tobe involved with bring clean water to the parts of Afica that don’t have it. Or she could have tried to get on baord with Jay Z’s Africa project about bringing clean water to villages there. But I think she knows the Africa charity thing has sailed for her. She waited to late to get on board and now people would see it as the PR move that it is. She was looking for away to make money and get her name in the paper to bad for her she cose wrong.

Pfffffttt! There are two things you can count on with X:
1. She’ll never adopt.
2. She’ll never do any charity work that involves Africa
She will not be touching anything that will lead to a comparison to Angie where she knows she’ll come up lacking. The funny thing though is that a few weeks ago US mag has a small story about a fund-raising project with a fashion t-shirt company that the Coquettes did and Court hosted. What’s so funny about that? The charity that benefitted is an African poverty relief program. So even the Coquettes are doing their bit to support HW’s new “Save Africa” campaign. Wouldn’t you have loved to see X’s face when Courteney told her they were doing this event for Africa? “Et tu, Court?”
