Hayden Panettiere displays out of this world abilities in the hit TV show Heroes. As Claire Bennett on the NBC hit drama series, she needs to be fit and strong as a high school cheerleader – but more importantly, to help save the world with her superhuman healing powers. But in real life, she knows that being an avid milk drinker helps her stay fit and healthy. Panettiere is the latest celeb to join the new ‘Body By Milk’ campaign created to encourage teens to drink 3 glasses of lowfat or fat free milk everyday, and eat right to stay lean and healthy.
Hayden says, “You don’t have to be a hero to feel invincible. That’s why I drink milk. The protein helps build muscle and some studies suggest teens who choose it tend to be leaner. Cheers to that.”

Please give it a rest…let these starlets continue acting school first…currently we have an overload with the Lindsays, Jessicas, Scarletts, etc. let them find their place first and get better before movies start flaunting the batch.
Disney…please make more tween movies fast so these folks will have a place to go quickly and a better bridge between tv and film. And more prep also..no more dead beat actors please!!!!
And if you’re just mildly cute…go to modeling school or learn how to sing first…good training ground for posing and performing in front of a camera!!!

Hayden Panetierre seems very level headed. She didn’t get her fame really until 17, unlike Loho. We need children to play roles of children. It’s a fact. So, FYI, how about you stop lashing out at teen actors in general and appreciate that Hayden does a good job and people enjoy watching her on heroes.
