Haha it looks like when Tara Reid was “exposed”–it’s a weird dress, but her hair and makeup look pretty.
Is her stylist blind? I don’t see any other explanation for her vast assortment of fashion missteps throughout the years.

Her Janet and Tori Spelling have the most UGLIEST fake books around! The stupid gap at the top of the cleavage…annoys me to no end.
The boob hanging out bit is not shocking, it just looks like she forgot to lift that side while getting ready. She’s trying to bring more scandal to her, I guess she’s hurting for the spotlight.
She needs to get back to music and see if it’ll come back to her.
