I can tell you with great certainty that Ryan’s never had a nose job or any other kind of plastic surgery. The before picture looks like Ryan circa 16-17 years old and he just grew into his face, that’s all. Does anyone look exactly the same as they were when they were a teenager? Where do people come up with this stuff?
I think the brows different too, but not the nose.

hell yes he had a nose job, you can tell , most white people thats the first thing they get is a nose job, and most white women get nose jobs and boobs, and lips. i never could understand the lips , what the hell does plumping up your lips have to do with anything of value. for some reason that is only sexy on women who have the real thing. and the fake ones are always trying to stick thwm out and blowing kisses. get a life , all i can do is laugh and these stupid people.
