Britney Spears Sucks Pacifiers

Britney Spears Sucks Pacifiers

I was right!

We all know that Britney Spears appeases her oral fixation by sucking on lollipops but aren’t pacifiers taking it a little too far?

While Britney was out shopping with son Sean Preston, 2, in Beverly Hills on Thursday, Britney put Jayden‘s pacifier in her own mouth. Granted, she was busy shopping and her dress had no pockets to stow it away…

IF YOU WERE/ARE A MOTHER, would you suck on your own child’s pacifier?

Everything here is a substitute – nannies instead of mother, pacifiers instead of maternal attachment, bottles instead of breast, toy figures instead of mirroring one on one. It hurts the heart to think of the patterns she’s setting down for her children FOR LIFE.

  • sucking

Dunno where mother’s mouth has been and what’s floating around in her saliva.

  • Mama – Clue – Take One

There ~is~ something wrong with putting something into YOUR mouth and then putting that bacteria into your child’s mouth. Not to mention why any mother would choose to shove a plastic sucking device in their baby’s mouth to begin with, which is probably why there are so many orally deficient adults in the world right now. Instead of getting NATURAL MOTHER’S FOOD they get formulas and plastic DUMMIES.

Oh yeah, that’s just great for their mental health.

    Wake the f up, please!

  • Noyb

MAYBE IT WAS DIRTY… come on.. give it a break.. you people are pushing the limits now.

  • celebrityfriend

Black women do it all the time

  • Ag

Every mother do it. So what the matter with that ???

  • TH

Some of you people need to get a life. Who says dummies are bad for a babies mental health? There have been no studies saying that there is something wrong with a babies head if they have a dummy.

I had a dummy when I was a baby and I was one of the smartest people in my class. In fact I was doing the same work as the kids 2 years above me with ease.

Don’t scrutinize what you don’t know. NOT every mother is the same. Some mothers would stick dummies in their mouths others wouldn’t. My mother in law has never given her kids dummies at all and my daughter is more well behaved, calm and peaceful then her children. NO she doesn’t have a dummy any more, she hasn’t had it for over a year.

Just leave the girl alone. Let her do what she wants. They are HER kids and no one can tell her how to raise them. If you don’t like they way she is raising them then keep your comments to yourselves.

If Gwen Stefani’s baby had a dummy and she did the same thing no one would even care, same with Angelina Jolie or Katie Holmes.

  • sucking

It is UNNATURAL. A crying child needs to express themselves via crying once in a while to EMOTE and to deny a child that right by SHOVING A PLASTIC STIFILING DEVICE INTO THEIR MOUTHS – is wrong, morally, spiritually, emotionally and psychically. And anyone who condones this kind of stifling is probably whacked out of their minds into denial, lest they have to take responsibility for f-ing up their own child lives.

  • baby advocate

A mother is supposed to be a child’s comforter – not a piece of RUBBER!

  • Angie

TH, you can wash a dirty pacifier in your mouth only in your dreams :) I have never seen pix of Angelina, K Holmes or Gwen sucking pacifiers, i bet they’re a way too smart to do thing like this, or to do it in public place at all.

  • swat

brit’s looking good here. i’m glad.

WTF!!!!! THAT’S DISGUSTING!!! i would NEVER give my baby “grown up” bacteria…she could make him sick!!!! just think what some people put in their mouths???? poor kid is now probably sucking on bathroom day old sperm!!!!!

  • cindy

Moms do that when a baby drops a pacifier. It’s better than no pacifier or a dirty one. Leave Britney alone!

  • Pole

I’ve done that if they have dropped it or something.

  • msguidedmama

ill informed parents do it all the time. nasty, wrong, ill-advised, but as ‘common’ as Brit Brit herself.

No I would not do it and never did because a) pacifiers are unhealthy and b) I know better

  • baby advocate

Strung out mothers just can’t deal with a baby’s crying SO FOR THE MOTHER’S SAKE – this pathetic device was invented. For the pathetic mothers’ sake – it’s GOT ZERO to do with a baby here. It’s just instead of smothering them with a pillow, I guess.

  • (‘@’)

It’s very normal. All moms did it at least once. It’s better in mommy’s mouth than put it in the pocket. It’s just like you would put a garage ticket in you mouth for a sec when you go through the garage gate, right? Don’t make small thing big, Jared. Kinda disappointed on this post of yours!!

  • Mimi

I wouldn’t suck on the pacifier, even if it has fallen on the flor or I have no pockets to put it in. Cleaning it that way is just WronG, I think.

    PEace OuT!!

  • Pacifiers Screw Kids Up

and why anyone would say they’re *fine* and *ok* goes beyond human comprehension when ALL studies point to them being DETRIMENTAL to the physical and emotional health of the CHILDREN!

  • baby stifling is wrong

Pacifiers are nothing buy dildos for babies.

  • Tallchic

Hell No! I wouldn’t suck on my kids pacifier! Some people just should not have kids! She still acts like a little spoiled kid herself. She’s a train wreck!

  • Angelina’s granny panties

    Poor kids have no chance.

  • All Moms

No – *all moms* didn’t do it, FYI.

  • Grumpy Old Troll

Regardless of whether I agree with pacifiers or not, Britney is a smoker and if I were her kid, I’d b*tch slap her for trying to give me back my binky when it’s covered in nicotine spit.

  • TangoK

Wear a bra girl, you know they are going to photograph you! (Oh, and great idea by your publicist to be seen in public with the kids)

  • carrie

I’m a mother of two and plenty of times I have done this. Either you have no pockets and the kid doesnt want it, so you just stick it your mouth to free up your hands OR it falls on the floor and you put it in YOUR mouth first to clean it off. sounds gross, but only a mom can understand….NO BIG DEAL PEOPLE!!

  • rye

I always did if it fell on the ground and there wasn’t a sink near by to wash it I did the same thing with their bottle too. I would rather the germs/dirt be in my mouth then my childs.

  • Jen

I’m a mom. I have two children. I’ve never put my child’s pacifier in my mouth. However, my children don’t use pacifiers beyond 5 months of age. By the time a child is 2 year old they have more advanced coping skills, so sucking on a binky like a newborn infant shouldn’t even be on their radar screen. So sad.

  • Maia

NO, every mother does NOT do it (put their children’s pacifiers in their mouths)! I certainly don’t do that, and neither do any other mothers I know. She was in a store for crying out loud, not in the middle of the jungle. Even if the pacifier HAD fallen on the floor (which the paparazzi would have caught, but they didn’t), she could have run to the restroom and washed it off. How disgusting that she put it in her mouth! No wonder the poor kid is having dental issues. His mom keeps transferring her dental germs to him. How disgusting!

  • wendy

Okay, yes…i’ve done it before, when u drop it on the floor, and have no other way to wash it…its ur child…but, on the other hand…maybe a 2 year old shouldnt be still using a pacifier…thats why his teeth are going get messed up, when they start growin again (after they fall out), if he keeps using that pacifier…

  • Sarah

Gosh, have you guys ever heard about hygiene? It’s not normal to do that, she’s infesting the pacifier with germes! If the pacifier is dirty, you wash it with water, you don’t put in your mouth, gross people.

  • Peeing on it

Actually peeing on it would probably do a better job of disinfecting it as opposed to the orifice.

  • MeE

There is no difference between using a pacifier and sucking your finger. Some kids suck their finger for years some use the pacifier. It’s not the end of the world, get over it.

  • Dawne Goes

Yes, unforutnately my son always popped his pacifier out of his mouth, your first instinct is to wash it, no water, mommys mouth is the next best thing… parents do get sick all the time, but so what, we do for our children.

if you aren’t a parent…. go F yourself and leave her alone

  • KC

Why is she out anyway without a stroller? Why would you shop and carry your son through all the stores? Makes no sense. Also, why would you be bringing your son in public…..could it be for more publicity??? She just can’t get enough of being in the public eye. She is SO self absorbed that she’d even use her children for more publicity. Poor kids.

  • UIntrigueme

I have been guilty of putting one in my mouth if my child had dropped it. Especially if there was no running water around to clean it with. I would rather take the germs then give them to one of my kids.

  • kelli

forget about the pacifier and check out the pic of SPF in his carseat. he is not strapped in properly. the shoulder straps should be over his shoulders tightly. you should only be allowed to fit a single finger behind the strap. it is way too loose. get it together britney……i hope kevin gets those kids—-it’s for their own health and safety!!!!

  • a

yes, i would. it’s really not that big of a deal, jared. the girl has enough troubles, leave her alone.

  • Peeing on it

Food, alcohol, cigarettes, lollipops, pacifiers, other unmentionables…is anyone seeing a pattern here?

  • different clothes

Why is she wearing different clothes in these pictures. Most she is wearing a black dress, but some she is wearing a white shirt and gray jacket. Did she buy one of the outfits and change mid shopping?

Also 2 year olds should not have a pacifier – children are more adjusted by that age.

  • nasty MF

All i can say you are some nasty unhealthy MF first i wouldn’t
put anything in my mouth that falls on the floor, or my babies
mouth, second your mouth has more germs that that floor, so why
would you think you are cleaning a Pacifier by putting in your
dirty mouth..damn! we all know Britney is a nasty stink nut, what
i didn’t know was how many nasty nuts were out there.
Do you also lick the toilet seats before your child uses it? you know to clean it off,,,, disgusting!

Hot water and soap cleans not human saliva!

all the psycho b*tchs that say they do it….STOP….*****STOP NOW***** THAT IS DIGUSTING!!! and definately not the way to go. Take a damn bottle of water with you and clean it…

I think all this comments of agreement with sh*tney are probably just one mofo!!!

When you put the binky in your mouth after you picked it up the floor…YOU DO NOT GIVE IT BACK TO YOUR CHILD!!!!

BECAUSE NOW IT HAS TWICE….***TWICE*** THE BACTERIA!!!! you people need some d@mn parenting classes….jesus!!!!

  • dee

  • Kim

I know a lot of people who do that. Its a mother thing! & i don’t think that britney deserves anymore torcher!

  • Michelle

As a NICU nurse I can assure you all that it is not ok to pick up a dropped pacifier and suck on it to “clean” it and then give it to your child. If you are doing this not only are you putting yourself at risk of getting sick from any germs that you are picking up from the ground or wherever the pacifier has just fallen but you are also putting your child at risk for getting sick from all the germs that are in your mouth that you are then passing on to him/her. It is NOT ok to “clean” a pacifier in your mouth. Who taught you people this? And don’t come back and say it was a dr b/c no legit dr. is going to tell you something ridiculous like passing germs to your child is perfectly fine and normal, go ahead and do it, unless their whole goal is to get you back in the dr. office to make more money. But then you were in the ped office to begin with so maybe you should ask yourself about why your child had gotten ill to begin with? Maybe b/c you put something in your mouth and then jammed it in your childs mouth? And if your dr did tell you this maybe you need to check that diploma and see if it came out of a Cracker Jack box. And just b/c you see some other parent do something does not make it ok people.

  • lili

yes Brit is such a “bad” mom, look how “bad” she is:

she how close she and sean are, look how cute how he is crying in the car and as soon as she picks him out he stops crying and pot his head on her sholder

Lool how je is playing with a car on her arm

    how cute,

and she how she loves him

  • j

Nice carseat straps, she really needs to fix those.
