Britney Spears Sucks Pacifiers

Britney Spears Sucks Pacifiers

I was right!

We all know that Britney Spears appeases her oral fixation by sucking on lollipops but aren’t pacifiers taking it a little too far?

While Britney was out shopping with son Sean Preston, 2, in Beverly Hills on Thursday, Britney put Jayden‘s pacifier in her own mouth. Granted, she was busy shopping and her dress had no pockets to stow it away…

IF YOU WERE/ARE A MOTHER, would you suck on your own child’s pacifier?

how do we know that the baby, being two, wasn’t trying to be funny and stuck in her mouth for her, giggled, and she played along being a good mom and making her child laugh. My cousin’s baby does it all the time- she think’s it’s the funniest thing in the world. I think it’s time we stopped attacking her parenting. maybe she’s not the greatest, but she tries, and she reallyloves her children. i give her credit.

I don’t care about Britney but yes if my baby dropped the pacifier and there was no way to wash it of course i would suck the pacifier so my baby will not get the dirt so on this I’m with Britney if that was the case, but if she was just doing it for the sake of it then shes really losing it.

    thats_right Says:

No, I wouldn’t suck on a pacifier and yes, I’m a mother. If it fell on the ground I’d take it to the bathroom and wash it. Of course that’s just how I am, but anyway my kids didn’t care for pacifiers so I can’t really relate to that sort of predicament.

then you have to learn a lot if your kids crying hystically and theres not batroom near by you have to let the kids so you can wash it whatever you just suck on the pacifier your the mom you gave bird to your kid so theres nothing nasty about it then give it back to your kid whats the big deal?

WTF – Put the hat back on!!

    As for sucking kiddies pacifiers…

If you were in a restaurant with your mother – would you appreciate it if she licked/sucked on your cutlery for you?

Mothering tip; carry a spare pacifer so if the kiddie spits one in the dirt, throw it in the trash…

    guess who Says:

There are photos all over the internet in which Britney is sucking on a pacifier and her sons aren’t even with her! So her picking up the pacifier off of the floor to CLEAN it for her babies doesn’t apply here. She’s sucking on the pacifier in public for her OWN comfort.

Why don’t you all just accept that she’s in serious mental trouble? It’s a fact.

#153: what’s nasty? a pacifier drops in the floor, do u know how many germns are on the floor, for real, is like my daughter drop food, i would pick it up, put it on my mouth and them gave it to her. if doesnt matter if is u’re son even for an adult is nasty to put something in their mouth ones it touch the floor, im guessing u do it all the time.

    flor Says:

    to #138:
To #115: so mommy and adult shouldn’t be kissing baby lips due to the bacteria issue?

Actually, the saliva exchange involved when you put your child’s pacifier in your mouth is incomparable to kissing. In my country, it’s not done as it is in the US, kissing your kids on the lips, but unless you’re french kissing them, i doubt there’s any saliva going from the parent’s mouth into the child’s mouth.
Just to be clear, when a baby’s born, the oral cavity is exempt from harmful bacteria such as Streptococcus mutans and Lactobacillus, which are the main causes of tooth decay, in the form of cavities, and also gum disease. These are the two most common oral diseases.
Even if you don’t have cavities in your mouth, you do have these germs in your mouth. Developing the diseases has a lot to do with immunity, saliva pH (or acidity), oral hygiene habits, etc, so don’t think that only because you have no cavities in sight, you have a ‘sterile’ mouth. Germs are there, but your immunity probably does a lot against them so your teeth/gums are not affected.
Ok, so when you suck on your kids pacifier, you are passing on bacteria that isn’t supposed to be in a toddler’s mouth. maybe your immune system is strong enough for it not to have an effect on you, but your kids’ system isn’t. Even if cavities are not contagious, so to speak, the germs that cause it are!! So there’s a huge chance that if these germs are installed in a child’s mouth, they’ll develop either cavities or gum disease.
as for all the people on here who think it’s fine to do this, i would strongly encourage them to see a certified professional about it. dental supply stores, as well as pharmacies and probably even markets sell medi-wipes , which are disinfectant and child-friendly, so if you have a child, at least carry a bag of these in your glove compartment or baby bag.
i wish i could see all of you personally and explain why this is so harmful for a child, i hope i’ve been of some assistance to some of you. please ask if you have any doubts about this, i’ll be happy to answer and help.

well, i’m not a mother, but i’m an aunt and i watch my sister *clean* my niece’s pacifier by putting it in her own mouth. so, to answer your question, yes, mothers do suck on their children’s pacifiers whenever necessary.

NUMBER ONE, WHY DOES THAT CHILD STILL HAVE A PACIFIER? NUMBER 2, HE IS NOT PROPERLY HOOKED INTO IN HIS CAR SEAT.

    Nicole Says:

About the people who say she’s just cleaning the pacifier or that Sean just wanted to share it: watch the video. At no time did that pacifier EVER enter that boy’s mouth. SHE had it, SHE was sucking on it. It’s not a big deal, a little odd, but that’s what was happening.

And if what I’ve been reading is true – that place is a pap hot spot, so half of those guys were waiting for anyone. She should have known better.

That being said, SP is very cute, I love those shorts on him.

dude.. she’s a mom, she’s just cleaning it. there are most likely millions of mothers who do that. it’s a form of cleaning it! just like mom’s chew up certain foods and then give it to their kids so they don’t choke.

    ———————————————————————

What moms are you hanging around? That’s some of the nastiest stuff I’ve ever heard… Chewing up food, taking it out of your mouth then putting it in your kids’ mouths?? My god, some people..

    menono Says:

It’s not the pacifier that bothers me it her lack of coneection with him > And who needs to go shopping when they don’t have the child very often? I had my kid all the time and that was not something I did aften with him. She could be playing with him and having fun. I really don’t think she has a maternal bone in her body. I think a nanny kevin hires will give these kids more love. Britney you had your chance. And you are so narcissistic you had to defy the judges orders and now you will pay

    Brooke Says:

WHAT THE HELL, she can’t even put the passy in her mouth without critisim. I feel sorry for her Yes she has done some thoughtless things but every mother makes mistakes and the public has gone way to far with her. One if you dont have childern shut your mouth, you have no way of judging her. And unless you a germ freak you will at some point end up with you babies passy in your mouth, those of you who say you wont, has not ever had a child or like I said early your a germ freak.
In the middle of shopping and running around I catch my self with my sons passy in my mouth sometimes just, its hard to find free hands with a baby and everything else going on and its easy to hold it in your mouth real quick, Not a big deal.

    Kat Says:

Forget the paci.. How about the picture in the second row where he looks to be in a car seat and its not tightened. Yep, its a car seat, took a closer look. Thats more dangerous than a paci. Paci’s are cheap if dropped on a shopping floor in a store. Just throw it away instead of putting it in your mouth.
