Heidi Montag: Surprise! I Had Plastic Surgery!

Not that we really needed confirmation but The Hills star Heidi Montag confirms in the new issue of Us Weekly that she’s had plastic surgery — rhinoplasty and breast augmentation (32-A to a 32-C). Here’s what the 21-year-old aspiring singer had to say about going under the knife:

On why she had the surgeries: “I’ve always been very insecure about my body. My whole life, I looked at my chest and was like, OK, they’re going to grow. This is my year! And it never happened. I was less than an A-cup. I wore pushup bras, which cut into my skin. If I was with a guy and there was a girl next to me with big boobs, I would be like, Oh, my God, he’s looking at her! On the beach, if I was standing next to a girl with big boobs, I’d be like, I hate her! I hated my nose too. I have my dad’s nose, which is huge. It took up so much of my face, when I looked down, I could see my nose. I couldn’t get away from it!”

On a lot of people believing Spencer pressured her into surgery, since he’s made his love of Playboy bunnies known: “He had nothing to do with it. If anything, he said, ‘maybe you should think about it a lot longer’.”

On the day of surgery, April 2: “I woke up, and it was like Christmas: I was a nervous wreck, but I was just so excited at the same time. Spencer said, “I’m so proud of you.” It was like he was wishing me well off to school: “Love you! Bye!” But surgery is a very big deal. Right before I went in, I was like, What if I don’t wake up? Oh, this is scary. Then I thought, I don’t care. If I don’t wake up, it’s worth it. I just wanted it so badly.”

The very first of Heidi’s plastic surgery popped up April 25th.

Wow. She has got to be the SMARTEST person ever. Fake boobs are worth dying for, you are truely amazing. You are known for nothing other than being on a fake show and being a fake person so I guess being willing to die for fake boobs make sense.

What a great ******* role model for young girls. I can’t believe she said that if she didn’t wake up after the surgery, it was worth it. What an idiot. This is what is wrong with America. Plastic surgery is insane and why are people so proud of it? You had to pay to make yourself pretty. Good for you. Those insecurities are still not going to go away.

I know how she feels specially about the whole nose thing. I hate my nose too and was teased all through my high school days and even now. I would love to get plastic surgery on my nose. Not to fit in, or be liked. But for myself, so I can feel proud to be me.

Well, at least she’s happy, that’s all that matters. Isn’t this old news?

she sounds so stupid.

You people have a pair of good size boobs don’t understand people with less than an A-cup boobs. She is brave enough to admit she’s done it and I guess it’s a hundred times better than those who denies. I am not her fan and don’t know who she is but I have to give it to her that she is not afraid to admit.

What a waste of ink

WOW.. way to go Heidi. In one interview you manage to sound uneducated, vain, shallow, narcisitic and completely dependant on others opinions to define who you are.

Your original breasts/body was chic, natural and sexy. Now you are cheap and gaudy looking and now you are quite literally a dime a dozen.

And what a wonderful message to send to young girls. Big breasts and uneccessary risky surgery are more important then the life you could have without them. Oh, And Spencer is so proud of you for being brave enough to get them. What a sleaze.

Please go away forever… disappear. Especially now that your body is as fake as you are.

Oh please! I was less than an A cup.. my 10 year boyfriend loved it.. now after two children they are bigger and I am dying to go back!! But I put my children, family and life before the vain and ridiculous act of elective plastic surgery.

Can you imagine?

Oh, I am so sorry to hear that your mom died when you were a kid!! Was it an accident or cancer?

No, she went in to get a boob job. Her boobs were more importantt hen us I guess.

Also can you imagine all of the corpse’ rotting away to dust in the next 50 years with just two saline filled serial number pouches remaining? So silly.

I find this to be very funny. What other celebrity would come out and talk about their plastic surgery unless they were on the Z list and needed to get some attention!
Also I think it is funny that if you go to Spencer Pratt or Heide Montag’s web site’s they are sponsered by US Weekly… They must be trying to get in with the Hills group, but they chose poorly by picking the most laughable “stars” on the show!

A girl who says: “If I don’t wake up, it’s worth it”, it’s clearly the dumbest in the whole world. What kind of message has she trying to give to all the girls?? That is better die than have plain breast??
This girl doesn’t deserve to be heard.
I’ve never had anything against her (neither in favor), but from now on, I got a very clear opinion about her. And it’s the worst someone can have.

y am in not suprised?

OMG like, I looked at this and like almost died like from her like immense amount of like stupidity…

Seriously though, all this is about is publicity. Who didn’t know she had breast implants? It was completely obvious. She’s a carbon copy of a stereotypical blonde and she loves attention. This is giving it to her. I hope she enjoys because her 15 minutes are winding down.

HEIDI MONTAG IS A *****! WHY IS SHE GETTING ALL THIS ATTENTION!! SHES NOT EVEN A STAR..SHES FAMOUS FOR NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!

no surprise

She’s dumb.

Of course when you look down, you’re going to see your nose. It’s on your FACE!

Somebody slap her new fake nose off her face.
Please.

Her new nose is hideous. She looked much better before. Hah. I can’t believe she payed money to have her nose like that.

stupid, she told this radio station that her boobs were real and they weren’t fake, uh, whatever. and that was when they were dissing lauren. they always contradict themselves.

@duh
Hahaha, that’s exactly what i was thinking X ) …Heidi is a joke

I’m SO relieved to read that 99% of the comments here mirror my thoughts.

Shame on the magazine for printing such trash.

Now young girls who watch her show and are naive enough will believe it is worth dying to go under the knife and risk their life to prove to IDIOT men that they are worthy of “attention.”

Note to Heidi:

If people make fun of you for your natural beauty…tell them to **** off and find NEW friends.
You have no friends.
And getting attention and admiration for plastic parts means you are hanging out with the WRONG people. You are still insecure.

Oh yeah….you are in Hollywood.
Never mind.

Sometime I blame LC because if it was not for her we would never know this idiot. she claimed in the article that she may not do another season of the hills because she wants to concentrate on her music. I really hope so because they drag the show down.

Wow I didn’t see that one coming!!!! A total SHOCKER!!!

It’s her choice and I respect that. She had boobs smaller than mine and I’m a 34 A. At least she doesn’t look like Victoria Beckham. Her breasts look weird to me.

“I don’t care. If I don’t wake up, it’s worth it. I just wanted it so badly.” Yes because there are people starving in other countries, with no money…so you know wasting money to look better and having no respect for the life you were given, a life that enables you to afford such things, that’s fine. Hey if you aren’t perfect looking in this world you may as well just be dead anyway so you know…who cares about the risk of plastic surgery, it’s totally worth it.

Our youth is in for a wake up call…if this is what is valued and this if this is what has become of life then people like her may as well be dead.

What an insecure, ugly, sad waste of space. It’s unfortunate….someone who spends that much time and effort on appearance and bullshit with a lousy television show could have actually amounted to something had that time and effort been productive and used for something significant and intelligent.
