Jennifer Garner is honored at the 2007 Glamour Women of The Year award ceremony at Lincoln Center on Monday in New York City. She wore a patterned Oscar de la Renta gown with her Jimmy Choo’s Seduce shoes in black satin and Cecile clutch in black satin.
Jen, 35, was lauded for being the Icon Next Door: “Bravery comes in all shapes and sizes. Deciding you love someone and wanting to commit yourself — everything requires bravery.”
The former Alias star has been in town for her limited 10-week engagement in the play Cyrano de Bergerac.

Homegirl just learned how to committ like 2 years ago. She bounced from one husband to bedding her co-star to bedding and getting pregnant by another co-star so quickly I guess everyone just decided to forget about it.
And their bogus reasoning for not walking together on the red carpet is even worse! She needs to stop playing because her and Mr.Affleck couldn’t even hold hands on their damn vacation!
Her publicist is fabulous. Who manages her?

As you can see, only Taupe can turn an otherwise beautiful dress into something unspectacular. The hair is boring, the earrings are for grannies, but back to the hair… what is with the hair???
Of course she and Ben stayed apart on the carpet. Of course they did. Because they’re all about not exposing their family for their careers.

Judging from her being awarded “Woman of the Year”, it’s obvious her publicist is working hard for her money.
Why don’t they award a Bravery Award to someone who actually did a heroic act, instead of some celebrity, really stupid stuff. Jen gets a bravery award for just existing?

Ijust wonder what happened to the “real” dress that she was really
going to wear. Did something get spilled on it? Did she forget to
pack it? Is that why she had to wear this dress that looked like the
one that she was going to wear while she went grocery shopping, at
the market? Did someone play a joke on her, by switching dresses?
Oh, I get it! The dress is trimmed in real diamonds, and I need my
eyeglasses to SEE them more clearly.
I love Jennifer. She is the only woman on earth that could have
successfully have stollen Ben from J-Lo!!! And she KEPT him!!!
And she is making him HAPPY!!! Now, that is doing something.

Seriously, that dress does not spell Glamour. That design belongs on your grandmother’s quilt draped across her sofa. Since when does that speak “GLAMOUR”. Perhaps I need my eyes checked. If that fabric were one solid shade of cream perhaps it might have worked but no, its a stop sign with hazard written all over it. Sorry.
