Ellen Pompeo is a Newlywed

Newlyweds Ellen Pompeo and Chris Ivery grab a sushi lunch at Hirozen Gourmet on Beverly Blvd. in Los Angeles on Thursday.

The couple arrived in separate cars for some reason but left in the same Range Rover (Chris held the door open for his Grey’s Anatomy wifey).

Ellen and Chris received congratulations from waiting photographers and politely acknowledged the paparazzi’s presence.

Mrs. Ivery wore a red Yves St. Laurent dress pulled from her closet for her nuptials Friday. Pompeo is only the third person to be married by Mayor Bloomberg. Bloomberg also officiated over daughter Emma and Matt Damon‘s ceremonies.
