Idols score big!

Carrie Underwood scores big at the 2007 American Music Awards, picking up three AMAs. The American Idol alum picked up Favorite Female Country Artist, Favorite Country Album for “Some Hearts” and the Audience Text-in Award for Favorite Artist. This is just days after winning accolades at the Country Music Association Awards.

American Idol runner-up Chris Daughtry also took home three awards for his band Daughtry including Breakthrough Artist, Favorite Pop/Rock Album, and Favorite Contemporary Artist.
