Rosie Gets Attacked by an Eagle

Rosie O’Donnell‘s character, Dawn Budge, is returning for a multi-episode arc in Nip/Tuck starting this week. Watch a video preview of one of her scenes below–Rosie gets attacked by an eagle!

“I think that I prefer this, you know, to doing a talk show and talking to other people about how much fun they had doing this,” Rosie has said. “This is a different thing. This is not about me, this is not ‘Rosie O’Donnell in . . .’ This, I’m a guest on an existing show that I think has tremendous artistic merit. And the fact that [creator Ryan Murphy], the artist, feels that the color that I create for him in Dawn Budge is something he can paint with — that’s an amazing feeling. Very different from ‘live studio audience!’ and ‘me, me, me!’ And, every time you move, being on Entertainment Tonight. The acting part, this whole thing is really fun. It’s kind of what you dreamed of when you’re a kid. Or, it is for me.”
