Tomorrow, Shia is scheduled to appear in court after being slapped with a misdemeanor criminal trespassing charge earlier this month. Definitely expect updates about that tomorrow…
UPDATE: The Chicago Sun Times reports that Shia‘s court date has been moved to Dec. 12th and he has to show up in court!
