OlderBackwards Feet Waitress: I'm Not Disabled!
27-year-old Chinese woman Wang Fang was born with feet facing backwards!
But she’s learned to live with her condition without problems and recently refused a disability pension.
“I can run faster than most of my friends and have a regular job as a waitress in the family restaurant,” Fang said. “There is no reason to class me as disabled. I’m like everyone else – except of course that I put my shoes on backwards.”
Wang, who has a five year-old son with normal feet, sure is one brave woman!

Wow. I feel awful for her. I didn’t even know that you could be born that way. When you see someone like her, who has all the reasons in the world to pity themselves, but they don’t; it really puts things in perspective.
