Caped Crusader Lindsay Lohan (or shall we say Little Red Riding Hood?) shares some camera time with some unlikely co-stars in Hollywood on Wednesday. A trusty band of superheroes!
Which fictional crime-fighters helped Lindsay out with her adverts? Superman, Supergirl, Superboy (a fake doll!), Catwoman, The Hulk and a few not pictured (Wonder Woman, Spider-Man, Spider-Baby and Batman & Robin). It’s reported that this photo shoot is for the German edition of Harper’s Bazaar.
Earlier this week, Forbes released their “Top 20 Earning Young Superstars” list, which includes salaries, winnings, endorsement deals and royalties. Lindsay ranked #18, earning just $3.5 million dollars.
“Too bad starlets don’t get paid per headline. Despite a slew of legal and on-set troubles, La Lohan squeezed in two films, Georgia Rule and I Know Who Killed Me, both box office duds, during our time frame. She also booked print campaigns for Jill Stuart and Miu Miu, as well as appearance fees before being sidelined by her third stint in rehab this year. Dogged by speculation about her insurability, and a lousy box office track record for her last four major releases, Lohan‘s commercial viability is in serious doubt.”

It is astonishing to me that “stars” such as Lindsay Lohan, Jessica Alba and Matthew McConnaughey (sp?) continue to get paid millions to make movies even though all of their movies completely flop and their acting is terrible. Latest example is that crappy thriller “Awake” with Jessica Alba and Christian Haydensen…both of them are notoriously bad actors but they got paid millions to appear in “Awake” and of course it promptly bombed.
