Lauren Conrad Joins the Marines

Lauren Conrad poses with US Marines at Crobar Chicago on Friday after hosting the Dreams for Kids Foundation’s “Holiday for Hope” fundraiser, a worldwide nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of children.

The Hills star helped with the gift collection. If you still want to participate, you can join the World’s Largest Holiday Celebration on Saturday, Dec. 22. Join a Holiday for Hope event in your area or create one for your community. If you’re in Illinois, stop by the DuPage Children’s Museum.

Lauren was doing this event in Chicago on 12/14/07 Friday. The day after that 12/15/07Saturday Brody Jenner was in chicago at Enclave. Cowinky Dink!!! I think not!!

Not her best look but she is usually gorgeous. I am glad that she is using her fame to do something for charity and very low keyed about it too.
