Michelle Rodriguez, born Mayte Michelle Rodriguez, will be spending Christmas (plus 179 days) in the slammer.
The 29-year-old actress, who checked into jail in Lynwood, California, Sunday is serving time for failing to complete her probation requirements in a DUI case, which included community service and alcohol monitoring.
According to TMZ, Michelle consumed alcohol three times while wearing an alcohol monitoring device. Three!

six months in jail for alcoholism seems extreme. she needs mandated residential treatment, not jail. this is madness. it will only harden her more. what a sad thing.
