Gossip Girl star Blake Lively stays classic in black at Old Navy‘s Celebration of “New Year, New Old Navy” on Thursday at NYC’s Eyebeam Atelier (a not-for-profit arts and technology center).

Blake, 20, recently was labeled “Sexiest Newcomer” as voted by Victoria’s Secret executives and designers. VS angel Adriana Lima hosts a one-hour special “Victoria’s Secret: What Is Sexy? 2008,” which is scheduled to air Feb. 9 on E!.
