Britney Spears takes the cover of the latest issue of Rolling Stone.
America’s most controversial pop princess is described in the mag: “In person, Britney is shockingly beautiful — clear skin, ruby lips, a perfectly proportioned twenty-six-year-old porcelain doll with a nasty weave. She cuts through the crowd swiftly, the way she used to when 20,000 adoring fans mobbed her outside a concert, with her paparazzi boyfriend, Adnan Ghalib, trailing behind.”

They need to stop lying about the clear skin. We’ve ALL seen pics of this girl recently that belie that statement. She’s got horrible skin. And what’s with all these mags putting her on the cover with the same story (American Tragedy)? She’s in a psych ward, not dead.

This is an american tragedy?? It’s sad how her life went out of control but american tragedy is pushing it. I do hope she recovers and I wouldn’t wish mental illness on anyone but that cover is a bit much.

After reading the excerpt from the article, I really feel for Britney. She truly was on track to be one of the greats. Don’t get me wrong, I was not a huge fan of hers, but I can’t deny that she had the “IT” factor that drew you in. She was on the path to be named with Madonna and Janet Jackson, etc. At this point, I can only hope she is getting better and her family is giving her the love and support she needs. My prayers are with her and her family.
