OlderNKOTB Reunion on 'The Today Show'
New Kids on the Block reunited for the first time in 15 years on NBC’s The Today Show to announce plans for their new album and upcoming worldwide tour.
The group debuted a clip from one of the songs, “Summertime”, off their upcoming album. NKOTB didn’t perform but they will be back on Wednesday, April 16th to perform live. And they announced that there will be dancing. Seriously??
“We’re going to dance, we’re going to sing, we’re going to do it all,” said Donnie.

Apparently, they didn’t anticipate such a huge comeback. Fans crashed the band’s official website. How lame!

I guess they figured they’d jump on the bandwagon of “pop group reunion” after the spice girls were so successful? Frankly, I could care less…it just looks weird to see them all together again looking so old.

Quite frankly the Spice Girls reunion was not a success…they couldnt even finish the tour. The Backstreet Boys are struggling for success and they should know when to quite cuz it won’t happen..
and as for these boys who can’t see their fate even though its blatantly staring them in the face with “NEVER GONNA BE A SUCCESS” written on the wall… they deserve to live their downfall just so the point hits home…
Anyone on here giving negative comments was not a true fan! Let me tell you, i’m 32 with 4 kids and I feel like a teen! I cant wait and hope they are successful.

Eh, it’s all nostalgic! It’s hard to say how middle-age men are gonna look like dancing up a storm (please don’t get too excited and break a hip). But hey, if New Edition and Boyz II Men can do it, all power to them. I’ll be tuning in May 16 to check it out!
Uhh, the Spice Girls concert was a success. They oroiginally were only going to about eight cities I think and than they added a whole bunch of other cities to their schedul ebecuase of the demand. Tickets were sole out in minutes. They decided to end the tour themeselves because of their own issues, but it was a success financially. Your hateration is messing with your reasoning.

If the writer was paying attention they are going to perform the 16th of May. Look at the RollingStone article, they seemed to have gotten their sources correct and was listening to the Today Show. Fans…it’s May 16, not April 16th.
