Mischa Barton Pleads No Contest

Former O.C. star Mischa Barton will plead no contest to DUI at her arraignment Thursday in Beverly Hills court, and is expected to serve a three-year unsupervised probation term, sources tell People.

Mischa, 22, will also be sentenced to a three-month alcohol-education class, and pay a fine of approximately $1,700.

In December 2007, Mischa was pulled over by police officers after she was seen driving her Range Rover on two lanes and failing to signal when she made a turn. She was then taken to the West Hollywood Sheriff’s station, booked and released on a $10,000 bail.
