OlderSex and the City's Cynthia Nixon Beat Cancer
Sex and the City star Cynthia Nixon revealed on Good Morning America on Tuesday that she had breast cancer two years ago.
Thankfully the cancer was successfully removed and after undergoing therapy, Nixon is fully recovered.
“I didn’t want to make it public while I was going through it”, said Nixon.
The 42-year old actress’ mom overcame two bouts of cancer. “As the daughter of a breast cancer survivor, knowing my personal risk made me more aware and more empowered when I faced my own diagnosis,” Nixon said.

i’ve never watched this show, but all are the women as ugly as this, we know how fugly sjp is, but another one? The only sex in the city girls like this get are from themselves.

i don’t see why so many people dislike her. i think she’s a beautiful person, and no beautiful doesn’t necessarily mean i think she’s attractive (however i do in fact think she’s attractive), it more so means that i think she has a sweet personality and i think it’s inspirational that she beat breast cancer.

Hey Cynthia Nixon, Come run in the only marathon against breast cancer heald in Jacksonville Beach, FL next February. It was lots of fun running part of the race on the beach this year. 2008 was the first race. Bring all your friends and family. The half marathon is very walker friendly. I didn’t know she had the breast cancer… It’s terrible for every woman, not only for such beautiful and sexy as Cynthia. I wish her to recover her health as soon as possible.
