Hilary Duff continues to climb the hotness charts as she enjoys an afternoon shopping spree in the Meatpacking District neighborhood of New York City on Wednesday morning.
The Duffster, 20, dressed in a pair of short denim shorts as she picked up sunglasses at Artsee Eyewear before dropping by the Scoop boutique.
Hil‘s latest movie, War Inc., opened at the Tribeca Film Festival earlier this month but will be released in limited theaters on Friday, May 23.
