OlderAshlee Simpson's Wedding Invitation Revealed!
Check out the Ashlee Simpson & Pete Wentz’s wedding invitation, courtesy of Life & Style.
The red and black invitation for the May 17 nuptials reads:
“It’s getting late so save the date: Ashlee & Pete, join us May 17, 2008, Los Angeles. Transportation will be provided to the wedding. You will be contacted with additional information.”
In lieu of gifts, the couple asked that donations be made to Invisible Children, a nonprofit group the couple has been involved in for more than a year.
This invitation was part of a text message and email campaign the couple hurriedly put together before their wedding to let guests know of their special day.
As for a parting gift for guests (pictured below), on their way out of the wedding, they received Alice in Wonderland-inspired cookies (wrapped in a box within a box) that read “Eat me.”

Good for them, and GREAT that they have a wonderful charity they’re involved with that no one knew about and they didn’t flaunt. Wishing them well.
By the By, “Invisible Children” is a magificent charity which I’ve contributed to. For those interested you can get onto their website. Before you get on though, a warning — some pictures will hurt your heart.

I think it’s retarded. Not good for a wedding. I feel the whole family is using this to try to make money off of it anyway they can.
I think it’s strange that after the wedding Jessica went with mom and papa on a vacation. Why didn’t she stay with Tony Romo? they are so not together. Even after papa releashed a statement saying they were still together. What a lying family. Jessica is a grown women why can’t they just say it didn’t work out and move on. They act like she is going to have a nervous breakdown or something. Guest are already saying. Tony and Jess never talk to each other the whole time at the reception. Why all the lies.
Ashlee is my favorite. Someone told me she is datting a young billlionaire on -”W e a l t h yR o m a n c e.c o m. What kind of relationship she is looking for on that site? Long-term relationship or just a dating?

even I approve! Ms negative finally has something positive to say! I like the fact that they asked for donations to their charity instead of gifts. And the Alice in Wonderland theme is cute, looks like Ashlee….but it shows her age a bit, as I highly doubt at 30 she’d pick the same …hope it lasts, as now a child will be involved. Somehow I doubt any of these relationships either girl has will last due to pervy Joe’s over protectiveness..
