OlderDemi Lovato is the New Kid on the Block
Disney starlet and Camp Rock actress Demi Lovato, greets her excited fans outside her hotel in New York City on Tuesday.
The 15-year-old singer looks to be a New Kids on the Block fan as she was rocking one of their t-shirts!
Camp Rock brought in 8.9 million viewers on Friday and another 3.6 million on Saturday night, making it Friday’s highest rated show and the year’s biggest cable entertainment program. It was such a success that a sequel is most likely in the works with possible production in the spring or summer of next year.

i dont think she has the right stuff.
i loved camp rock but i dont think they did the best they could with the script. HSM was so well written and was such an amazing story and having actors you didnt know made it that much better.
Camp Rock could have been a lot bettter written and they should have gone a different way with the actors and actresses.
i honestly think that demi and all the other girls could have done WAY better with their acting.
the jonas boys however did amazing!

absolutely love herrrr she can really act, sing, dance, play piano and guitar and most likely a ton of other things we dont know about quite yett!!! she deserves all her success because u can tell she really works hard for it and is still down to earth and wants to try and get to know as many of her fans as she can

Can’t stand her. Sucky actress, needs vocal training, and sorry to say, but she’s really ugly. Disney has horrible taste in people.
And the fact that the ratings dropped means it wasn’t a hit. It doesn’t matter how many views the premiere had, what matters is the return audience, which wasn’t very big.

Omg love her and I’m so glad she is doing so well, it’s sad though people are already turning on her like they did with Miley, well I hope her career soars cause she has lots of talent and some people are just jealous(sp?) that she got to work with the Jonas Brothers.People get over it, it’s not like you have a chance.
19th!!! She can sing some, but needs a little work. A little cutie though. Hope she does well for herself. She will give Miley a run for her money if her personality is strong enough and if she can relate to that perticular age group. They have to feel like she is one of them., and if she messes up once, she is out.
