OlderSolange Knowles Does FNTMV
Solange Knowles, aka Beyonce‘s little sister, rubs shoulders with pregnant singer Ashlee Simpson backstage during the taping of MTV’s FNMTV on Wednesday at Ren-Mar Studios in Hollywood.
The 22-year-old recently put on the hat of video director, as she made her directorial debut with “Sandcastle Disco” (written by Cee-Lo and produced by Soulshock & Karlin). It’s the second single off of her sophomore release, SoL-AngeL & The Hadley St. Dreams, due on August 26th.
Join Ashlee‘s husband, host Pete Wentz of Fall Out Boy, for this episode of FNMTV, which airs this Friday @ 8PM ET/PT on MTV. Don’t miss Solange‘s video premiere of “Sandcastle Disco”!

I loathe Ashlee’s smug expressions..you can tell she’s trying to look thin by posing and sucking in her face..she probably dislikes the weight gain in pregnancy.

You go Solange! only one in this picture can actually sing and we know its Solange! But more power to you Ashlee make that money either way!
Ashlee can sing. she has sung live many times. You may not like her music but she can sing. People need to stop dogging her about SNL. A lot of people lip sync on that show just she got caught and it was a good reason but she should not have listened to her father she should have just cancelled when her voice went out.
Also, she played Roxie in Chicago on the West End in London and got good reviews. If she could not sing she never would have lasted and the London critics would have ripped her a new one.
Ashlee looks completely stupid in that photo. She is completely stupid, but she probably shouldn’t make it so obvious.
