OlderJennifer Lopez's Triathlon Training
Jennifer Lopez is interviewed with her trainer in Central Park about her fitness regimen for her upcoming triathlon on ABC’s Good Morning America in NYC on Monday.
The 38-year-old triple threat revealed she had the idea of entering a triathlon when she was 8 months pregnant. She said she saw one on TV and thought to herself “I can do that…maybe I could do that this year.”
Jennifer will be participating in the triathlon for charity, and has begun training just six months after giving birth. “I’m always interested in challenges, and seeing what I can do,” she said.

Not that I was not happy to finaly be pregnant……..but it was scarey……and working out to get back into shape……..WAS NOT FUN…BUT HARD WORK……AND I STILL HAVENT LOST THOSE 10LBS………….So if running a TRI-ATALON……..GETS HER GOING….GOOD FOR HER…….EVEN BETTER THAT ITS FOR CHARITY….CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL A WORTH WHILE CAUSE.

She would not wear the earrings if she were training. I thought that was rather obvious. Why not get out of the house once in a while to do somehing for herself? That makes a happier and better mother who gets a break from the kids once in a while. I can see she has a type A personality – always striving to do something challenging and new…..wish I was type “A”!!!

I used to like her a little. Now I wish she would just go away. All that crying and whining for YEARS about wanting to be a mom – and then when it finally happens – NATURALLY she says, then it is time to go on tour, start a TV show, run races – any damn thing that will get attention back on her favorite subject – herself. Reese is a much bigger star and spands alot more time wiht her kids. And does not sling the bull about how hands on she is. How much time can you spend with kids when you are so damn busy with your own showing off.

As for what ben Affleck thinks – after Thank God it has to be things like gee Violet, your mom doesn’t spend 1/10 the time on herself that Lopez does and I bet you are more imporessed when your mom pushes you one the swings that when Lopez pushes her fat ass into a triathalon.

I´m ashamed to read you.
First, you don´t live with jennifer, so you don´t know what time she spends with her babys. I only know that she always travel with her babys everywhere, and she appears very few times
Second, we live in the 21st century, and the women work and take care of the children at the same time, it´s a shame when women like you still think that a good woman is in her house with her children and they cannot go out
