Britney Spears is escorted by sheriffs and meets up with her mom at celebrity lawyer Barry Tarlow‘s office, on Tuesday afternoon.

The 26-year-old pop princess is going back to court regarding the custody case, and a hearing has been scheduled for September 16. Her custody battle could reportedly cost her over $700,000.

While on her way to her lawyer’s office, Britney wore a necklace with her son’s names on it, Jayden James and Sean Preston.
