OlderKate Winslet Has A Fear Of Flying
Kate Winslet signs some autographs for fans as she arrives at LAX airport in Los Angeles after a flight from New York City on Wednesday.
It’s been rumored that the 32-year-old British actress will next star in Fear of Flying, an adaptation of Erica Jong‘s 1973 best-selling novel about a married poet who starts fulfilling some of her sexual fantasies.
“I would love to see Kate Winslet in that role,” director Diane English tells E!.”She’s got the script, so we’ll see.”
English wrote and directed The Women, which is currently out in theaters. She’ll likely be penning the screenplay and directing Fear of Flying.

I’m sorry, but I really don’t like her as an actress. She’s too bland and boring, plays the same characters the same way over and over and over. I’m more of a Streep fan myself.
