Katherine Heigl and her musician husband Josh Kelley dine out at Japanese restaurant En Sushi in Los Feliz, Calif., on Wednesday.
The Grey’s Anatomy star is reportedly making a serious effort to quit smoking after seven years.
Katherine‘s good friend T.R. Knight, who quit smoking some time ago said, “Of course I support her.” “You have to be ready and find it in yourself,” T.R. told In Touch at a Point Foundation gala last week.
“It’s so stupid,” Heigl has said. “I have to quit the old fashioned way.” “I tried the patch [and] tried gum. I hate the gum. It burns my mouth,” she once said about her previous efforts.

Is she listening to her ipod?! that’s a little weird..esp as Josh doesn’t seem to be listening to anything himself…not that i’m trying to start any rumours about the state of her marriage!

I believe its the only way.I was smokin more than 2 packs and one night we were watching a rerun of dawsons creek haha and i said to my daughter”this is my last cigarette”she just laughed but that was it, i never smoked again ,its not worth your health or your family and those around you.So good luck Katherine its hard but if your mind is up to it you can do it!!

Good on you Katie….. I am not critizing your smoking but for the sake of your health and your beatiful skin, not smoking is so much better.
I seriously like Josh but I just wish he gets rid of his beard because he looks so much better without all those hair covering his face and his lovely smile. Besides he looks sweaty like in summer heat with all those black(ugh) hair.
hahaha these two look ridiculous…are they seriously married? cuz when u’re walking with someone, i think it’s quite rude to listen to music(or anything else) with both ears… but still, good thing she’s quitting smoking… although i have to admit i am surprised that she actually smokes cuz she looks like the girl next doors(with no bad habits that is)
