Heidi Montag takes longtime boyfriend Spencer Pratt for his first manicure and pedicure in Los Angeles on Thursday.
The Hills‘ most-hated couple looked happy and relaxed as they indulged in a day’s worth of pampering.
On Tuesday, Speidi visited the Children’s Hospital of Orange County (CHOC) where Ryan Seacrest broadcasted his live radio show. The couple took a tour of some of the childrens’ wards at the hospital and met some of the kids.

how can you hate them when they’re doing good by cheering up the kids at the children’s hospital. i think its nice they’re doing something positive with their celebrity.
