Katie Holmes leaves her New York City apartment on Tuesday morning and heads to the Gerald Schoenfeld Theatre in New York City on Tuesday. The 29-year-old actress has been performing in the Broadway play, All My Sons.
“Katie Holmes is… surprisingly impressive,” one play-goer writes about Katie‘s performance in the show. “I’m not speaking from the place of someone who has never seen her work. I’ve seen her act quite a bit. I’m not a fan. But I found her to be very in touch with the character of Ann. She is especially good at Ann’s most emotional moments. Act Two is where she truly comes alive. Anyone with doubts about her casting should see now why she was cast. Talent as much as ticket sales. Maybe more.”

I haven’t see the play , but I am a fan and would really like to see her do well. I at least like this plaid shirt better than the one she wore a couple days ago! Although I really think plaid shirts are better left for anyone going to a barn dance , or Jessica Simpson *rolls eyes*.

I’m sorry, but she looks nasty. If you saw that woman walking down your street, you’d assume she was down and out, a street dweller. She does not look trendy, or even just “comfortable” being herself on a day off. She looks like she’s slept in those clothes, is dirty and sick. So be it, if that’s how she likes looking, but people, don’t pretend she’s setting trends just because her clothes and accessories cost a lot of money. Open your eyes, she’s just plain dirty.
#13 what I meant was that the person who wrote this review never said she was a fan of katie’s work. I know that she is a “fan” in the sense that she isn’t a pro critic.

sorry, but i’m not a katie holmes fan and never have been. i have never understoond why people are so fascinated with her. her husband tom cruise is to put it bluntly a kook, at leasetin my opinion. i saw the play because it’s a classic by arthur miller and john lithgo is in it. however, i do have to admit that katie did a pretty good job in the role of ann. i was surprised because i honestly thought that it would be a disaster.
My maid wore that today!!!
