OlderHeather Locklear Arrested!
Heather Locklear was arrested Saturday night on suspicion of drunk driving in Montecito, police said Sunday morning.
The 47-year-old actress was reportedly released on Sunday, but only a few details of the charges were released.
Locklear was arrested by the California Highway Patrol and booked around 8 p.m., the LA Times reported Sgt. Alex Tipolt of the Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Department as revealing.
Back in June, the former Melrose Place star checked herself into a psychological treatment facility in Arizona.
“Heather has been dealing with anxiety and depression. She requested an in-depth evaluation of her medication and entered into a medical facility for proper diagnosis and treatment,” Locklear’s rep, Cece Yorke, said in June.

Stop grasping for straws. If she wasn’t intoxicated, they would not have pulled her over and arrested her.
I don’t see why you all are so shocked. Heather is not saint.
Oops forgot – TMZ and People both says it was DWI.
I feel sad for the trouble in her life. She seems like a nice positive person. I hope she works out her problems.

You need to know the truth before you spout off.
It is well known that HEATHER IS A REPUBLICAN.
I’m surprised but not. When someone goes to Rehab it is usually substance abuse. I know they like to say it is for other reasons. But the truth comes out in the end. When people suffer from deep depression they sometimes turn to drugs. Whether it be alcohol or something else. She had a problem, now it is out there for everyone to see. I hope she gets the help she needs. This may be her rock bottom. Remember the outcry when Richie was driving drunk with his daughter… I hope she remembers that and realize how sad this could have been. I have sympathy for anyone trying to get clean and get healthy; but I think more of the innocent people who could be killed because of their carelessness. Too many people die on the roads. She needs to get help before she kills herself or someone else.

No if you have a beer or two or one or two glasses of champagne you are not intoxicated in the meaing of the law. You can have 0.8 promilles and drive saftey. I think she was under that threshold !!!

She’s one of you,
she is not one of us.
The real problem : beautiful and successful actresses who have a big ego and fragile mental have a difficult time with the aging process , the rise of other younger hot stars as they are relegated in the latest rows of celebrity and are not IT anymore.
Sad but true. Hollywood is Egowood and it’s tough when you were the IT girl for so long to let your crown for younger girls.
Heather is a a graduate in psychology. She should try to find another interest, maybe in psychology related matter for the second part of her life.
Good luck to her ! She is one of my favorite TV actresses.

What the hell are you talking about. Were you there? Did you give her a breathalizer test?
They don’t arrest anyone who is NOT legally drunk.
Who are you mama or publicist? Because you are sure as hell trying to spin this. The woman was drunk driving, and it is illegal, thats the story.

She has had a problem for years dealing with getting older in celeb land. It is most diffcult for many to deal with. She was always the blond cute girl, and she is that no more.
