OlderMatilda Ledger Inherits Entire Estate

Heath Ledger‘s family has decided to donate his entire estate to the late actor’s daughter, Matilda Rose, even though he signed a will leaving his fortune to his parents and sisters.
However, Ledger’s insurance company has refused to pay and has been sued in Los Angeles for not paying out $10 million in benefits to his 3-year-old daughter, after the company claimed the Dark Knight actor may have committed suicide, according to court papers.
“There was never any question about the fact that Heath’s estate would go to Matilda,” Ledger‘s dad, Kim said. “Never a question. We are very close to Michelle and Matilda.”

wow a very generous decision and the right thing to do. heath was close to his sisters and family but his child comes first. so sad.

I really like her,she’s so cute.
She is just a little sweet heart!!! She has her father’s “fashion sense” LOL!!! I am loving this sparkly, colorful “fairytale princess” look. With it being Halloween season, kids love to play dress up. I’m glad she is allowed to express her imagination and be a little kid. I am also glad Michelle is doing right by the Ledgers and letting Heath’s father and his Mother, Sally, stay close to MAtilda. She is all they will ever have of him. Insurance companies will do anything not to pay. They will even smear a dead man’s reputation to justify their greed.
She’s a very loved little girl. Hope the insurance company pays up. Seems they are trying to hold off on paying the insurance — CREEPS!!

I’m so glad that Matilda gets Heath estate. As his daughter, she is entitled to it. I continue to keep Matilda and her wonderful mom, Michelle, in my prayers. Now that this matter is resolved, Heath can finally RIP.

How do you people know if he kept up the premiums for the insurance
policy.. And they always investigate .. and if it is suicide they do not pay
it…Is it Matilda’s lawyer or one of Heath’s parents lawyers that is suing..
It does make a difference because it should be Michelle lawyer.. and
no one else
Who was it that sued the insurance company Michelle’s lawyer or one of Heath’s parents lawyers.. That makes a big difference..The money
should be in a trust until she is 18 years old..
And only person who has access to it is her mother Michelle…
