The loved-up pair seemed to cherish their time together as Rachel held Hayden close to her while waiting on the security line.
Hayden and Rachel (both 27) were seen on the set for a Lacoste commercial earlier in the week in Los Angeles. Even RB‘s dog Thurman Murmen was there!

Interesting all the hate towards Bilson. I actually am a fan of both Hayden and Rachel, and don’t mind them as a couple. Just because it’s not so blatantly obvious like with Heidi and Spencer, doesn’t mean that paps weren’t hired. Publicists do that type of thing all the time, hire paps. A lot of the shots that turn up on sites like this are not random “gotcha” shots at all. Yes, there are a lot of paps in LA. But anyone will tell you that you can stay well hidden if you want to. And there are stars, big huge stars who sell more magazines and will get more gossip site hits than Hayden and Rachel ever will. A job is defined as work that you do for a set fee or you get paid for it. It doesn’t have to be hard. Folks just make it that way. Instead of doing something they like that’s easy (because they like it) they chose the hard way out. Just because celebs look like they don’t go through it doesn’t mean they don’t. You have to be your own boss in that industry and sometimes that’s a job in itself.

A few of the casting decisions just didn’t work for me. The first poor choice was having Rachel Bilson as Millie. The only other thing that I have seen her in was The Last Kiss which she wasn’t that bad in, but she really wasn’t very good either. Indeed I have never missed a class or work just because of a feeling I don’t want to go today. When I was not there I always had a good reason like being ill etc. I have many days I don’t want to go, but I go nevertheless as I see it as my responsibility and duty. People rely on me.
And this event in Toronto you’re talking about – although Hayden would have been bored by it for sure – was something many fans were looking forward to, ready to pay lots of money to get there and see him. SW made him famous and brought him all the wealth and chances he got afterwards… so yes, I think he could have gone there and celebrated the birthday of his girlfriend one day earlier or later. Hayden doesn’t hate the con of the system, he’s gaming it for all it’s worth at this point. This thing last week with RB is proof of this. To do huge PDA so publically on set with Jumper tie-in commercial shoot is very blatant and not the act of private man at all. He isn’t what he says he is. You can’t talk about him liking acting and hating the con because you don’t know if he does or not. He probably does what he does (hardly call it acting anymore) because it pays well and he gets long periods where he can do nothing, also it’s the only thing he’s been trained to do. He can’t go back to professional hockey now without major training effort and he’s too lazy for that.
Critics are hard on him because he’s terrible. Only good when playing himself or when his director & costars are good, but anyone can be good under those conditions.

What I did expect from Hayden? Hm, lets see…
One to two watchable movies per year as they come from almost every other actor so the fans have something to look forward to. Not to be treated like a fool you can just lie to but with the same respect and consideration I used to have for him and his family (and I surely don’t support that a celebrity should be followed around 24/7). A simple “No comment to my love life.” would have served much better and been far more honest than this months (even years in fact) long silly game. (But that would have brought less attention to two almost constant unemployed “actors”, right?)
If he makes an appointment he should stick to it, especially if people had to buy extra-tickets just for his presence at an event and some even had to pay for the journey to get there (money which they never got refunded as he backed out so suddenly). Sometimes an information coming from himself about his (movie-)plans, or at least some worth to watch or read interview from time to time. Not many statements about a farm which “means so much to him” although he’s never there, as this was yet another flat-out lie which even had nothing to do with his “sacred” love life. A well-groomed appearance when being out in public, and no smoking cigarettes so very visible (and even with pride as if he had every right to), as he also has to think about younger audience of movies just like SW or “Jumper” and should take some responsibility for that. Keeping his promises like the interview he promised to a woman who did very much for him for many years, and even for free. Less arrogance for nothing worthy to show off but more concentration on his real job, acting, the trial to give a good performance at least, so that it would be fun to read the criticism and not give you a feeling of being ashamed for him (e.g. “Pinocchio”).
Being at least a bit the man whose image has been sold to his fans for the past six years, of course everybody does change, but he did a jump to being unrecognizable (his behavior, not looks of course).

Some are bad indeed but, with Hayden and Rachel all the sudden being seen loving each other in public has put them out their for judgement. Why put Natalie Portman down? What did she do to you? I did not even bring Natalie up in the first place. I now believe Natalie can do better then Hayden. Natalie had the common sense to dump Devandra. Rachy sticks to a man who lies and uses her for an occasional romp in the sack buddy and is too stupid to do much else. Natalie has donated her time to Children’s Hospital in LA. Natalie is talented, intelligent and wise beyond her years and has better fashion sense then Rachy who has done some copying for her new clothing line. I would think about that before putting Natalie down. ;) Also, Look at the number of movies Natalie has done compared to Rachy! ;) As far as Natalie and Hayden go. It is not going to happen. I agree we spend far too much time over here doing what we do. :lol: But I know not as much about any other actor than about Hayden, and to be honest I don’t want to become a real fan of somebody else. This experience was really not that good. And talk about somebody/something I’m not well informed about is nothing that I do.
I enjoy the works of Susan Sarandon, Kate Winslet, Al Pacino, Nicolas Cage, Russell Crowe, Kevin Spacey, Billy Bob Thornton and Johnny Depp a lot, but don’t ask me what they do private, as I don’t know much about them and also don’t care. Getting to adore Hayden as I did was not planned, it just “happened”, you know? ;-) Therefore the disappointment is also huge over here. He really seemed to be different, so not impressed by Hollywood and quick fame, I never thought he could have himself sucked into this business like he is now. He seemed to be so grounded, but either he never was and it was hidden well or he really made a 180°-turn. Whatever, it’s sad to watch. I really once saw chances for him to become one of the big actors out there and was looking forward to many good movies with him during the next few years. :-(

Short term (next several months) He could either get Rachel pregnant and there be a big deal when he breaks it off with her, or they get engaged and then he dumps her. He might marry her but I don’t think it will last, or he will be constantly unfaithful to her and it be very unhealthy situation. A very wise person who reads astrological charts told me that Rachel has water hands. She doesn’t really want him. She wants what he represents to her.
Long term (next 1-3 years) Hayden may find out from experience that there are many different entrances to personal and professional hell (because as an actor they’re closely related) but very few exits. If he takes an exit this will force him to do something he’s never done before in his whole life. Either he will find his exit and make it or he won’t and go deeper down. He’s on the downward slide now but he hasn’t made it to hell yet.
Longer term (next 4-6 years) It’s not looking good. Crystal ball is very dark, fog inside it is gray with red inside it.

I’m not surprised, that was the way I heard it had happened from several sources. Adam Brody was walking around like a beaten dog for many months afterwards, so I guess it’s probably true. Maybe she simply “forgot” to inform him about her new affair with Hayden as he was even in Rome to visit her on set? Although her interest in Hayden was more than obvious, already back then. I don’t think this would support the “masculine sexy” image of a young actor which seems to be essential in Hollywood in order to get hired. You have to be “hot”. Hayden is still filming BD as far as I know. The braindead fashion thief is supposedly in Utah or wherever filming her made-for-TV-movie, which is the best she could get and her daddy/relatives had to get that for her (couldn’t get work on her own.) Please! He was dissing her! She had not seen him in weeks and he borrowed her car for that commercial and she came to pick it up and when she greeted him she put her arm out to hug him but he did not even stand up to hug her!
So she came around to his side and gave him a hug and that is what the paps caught. It’s was just an instant, hardly him ‘holding’ her for any length of time. Varying reports about their split – People is saying it happened back in October, that his trip to join her in Toronto for a few days while she was shooting Jumper was just a friendly visit, that they had already parted at that point. Us Weekly is saying it just happened, less than two weeks ago, my sources say that’s the most accurate account.
As I reported last Thursday, they were definitely together when she was photographed on set in Rome with Hayden Christensen in November. She spoke about Adam to the crew, she talked about being excited to see him, and they were on the phone constantly, she was even overheard saying “I Love You” over and over again.
Nothing dramatic and not necessarily permanent, though it’s definitely what both think is best right now, largely to do with distance and scheduling though there have been whispers of a little bit of professional jealousy, that her post OC prospects are much more promising than his – by no means slamdunk gossip so take it for what it’s worth.
What I do know is that they are still close, that they were very sweet together even just recently, that she was never involved, not remotely, with Zach Braff, and that friends don’t rule out a reconciliation down the line, though – don’t kill me – wouldn’t it be supercute if she hooked up with Jake Gyllenhaal???

Okay I think someone named Tip needs to look at the photos again. There are many photos that didn’t appear on JJ whild you can find on DH.net. The sequence around the money shot has Hayden reaching out for her from his chair, puts both hands on her waist, pulls her in to hold her, she pats his hair, then sits next to him. At that point he leans over and kisses her. He is the one initiating everything. And he’s the one working on the set. He obviously knew she was coming there’s no surprise on his face at all. Sorry that is not a passport that was a ticket of some kind all he had in his hand was a water bottle and a paper. which could be a ticket, boarding pass or guest pass. Excuess me I flew to NYC just a few weeks ago and I do know what BAGGAGE IS and Passports are. NOTICE I said the baggage has PINK BOWS on it. CLEARLY not something that would be his luggage as for security they check all forms of ID before you go through security check points and in a/p there is more then 1 check point I don’t think you would see much past the first check point as Paparazzi would not be able to go through and if they did then it only goes to say it was a press stunt pre arranged.

I believe it was the Vogue interview that came out at the same time as Jumper was released where Jamie Bell said that Hayden was a liar. I don’t know why there’s even any question about him being a liar, we KNOW HE IS A LIAR NOW. He lied for two years about his relationship with RB, TWO YEARS, while talking about his integrity and how much he values honesty and being true to himself. And all the while laughing at the stupid fans that believed every word he said while not showing up for appearances that he was scheduled to do and blowing off any sort of promotion for FG just because he didn’t feel like doing it. It’s part of the job, he’s become very unprofessional now bringing his gf on the set of a commercial shoot when she isn’t in it and the chick brings a dog. How unbelievably unprofessional is that? They totally set it up, it was a sideshow, and it was all to promote them and no other reason.
I hope this guy never works again. 4 failures at the box office, funding drying up for new films because of the economy, I don’t know who would be stupid enough to hire an untalented unprofessional douchebag like Hayden Christensen for anything. I suspect that Hayden flew there with her. Just because he presented his passport to the security agent, doesn’t mean he’s flying back to Canada. I don’t think they accept foreign drivers licenses at as ID’s at airport security in the US even if you are just flying from LA to Salt Lake City. Hell, I use my passport when I fly anywhere, even if its just to Vegas. It’s just a commonly accepted form of ID at an airport.

The thing in his hand is no doubt a passport, with rounded edges all. Still doesn’t mean he went to Canada, because if you’re a foreigner traveling within the USA, they’ll accept an “international driver’s license” as ID. My cousin is from France and when he came here a few months ago and had to take a flight to Hawaii, he presented his IDL & they were fine with that. But lots of people don’t know this so they’ll routinely use their passports instead.
Hayden is not technically a foreigner for two reasons. One, his mother is American and two he spends more than 31 days per year here.
He was flying to Canada, without Rachel. If a person works here for more than 31 days out of the year then they are registered as a American citizen on a visa, also, his mother is American born, basically Hayden is an American citizen – you will all notice that his passport book is the blue American passport book, not the Canadian one.
No one is denying they are friends, it just seems they took a flight to San Francisco to hang out a bit and then she went to Utah and he went to Canada.

I know that there are seretonin inhibitor meds that cause this. I mean it isnt like he has always stuttered so bad, only recent. yes it can be stress and anxiety but it could also be he is getting treatment for anxiety, or stress and it is a sideeffect.

I have long thought that Hayden has a problem not the drug one that a certain person likes to type about under different names, but rather Hayden suffers from either depression or anxiety attacks.
This does not make him a bad person, it would make it hard for him to show up at events, when he does the famous scratch it’s because he is trying to control himself. He smokes alot which also is a way of dealing with it..
