OlderLindsay Lohan Launches 6126 Clothing Line
Lindsay Lohan is launching her clothing line, 6126, at Henri Bendel in New York City today. The 22-year-old just blogged about how excited she is:
“I’m thrilled to announce that my new fashion collection, 6126 is finally ready for launch!!
I love to wear leggings, so it should come as no surprise that my first venture into the world of fashion design is with leggings! I named the collection after Marilyn Monroe‘s birthdate, because to me she represents timeless, confident glam and that is the voice of this brand. (Lindsay posed as Marilyn earlier this year.)
Our holiday collection is pretty eclectic from gold zippers to leather detailing, to buttery soft cashmere. I hope you enjoy the collection as much as I enjoyed making it.
To celebrate this exciting occasion, I have partnered with one of my favorite stores, Henri Bendel, for a fun shopping event. We are also giving a percentage of all sales from 6126 that evening to Ovarian Cancer Research a cause very close to my heart. If you are in NY, TODAY, join me at Henri Bendel from 6 to 8pm. hopefully this line is successful…. her first run definitely was. can’t believe her leggings sold out at that price! if it’s less expensive, i definitely expect that they’ll be even more successful, considering people were willing to buy them for $100
