Beyonce is looking fa-ierce as the November 2008 cover girl for InStyle magazine. Here are some interview snippets:
On her style icons: “Charlize Theron is always beautiful and feminine. I love her couture looks and dramatic silhouette. Halle Berry is elegant and sophisticated. I love that in the seventies Cher and Diana Ross looked like superstars and never played it safe. When they were onstage, they gave you drama—and I love drama.”
On her designer obsessions: “Alexander McQueen and Jean Paul Gaultier are two designers I love right now. Their clothes are feminine, sexy and modern. I just went to the Giuseppe Zanotti showroom, and he had the most spectacular shoes. It was like being in a candy store—I was obsessed with every shoe! Right now, I love anything with a high platform.”

Why does she look white? Is it the airbrushing?
I rarely ever like anything Beyonce wears, I dislike the way she dresses, everything she wears is always too-too much. Even on this cover, that big fugly neckline AND the big earrings AND a busy print, it’s just too much. She’s not nearly as attractive as she thinks she is (and as the fashion mags like us to think she is).

If all those fashions weren’t the style of the moment they wouldn’t be on the cover of InStyle and they certainly wouldn’t be on Beyonce. Who the heck are you to say those patterns are too much or too busy. You probably wear tshirts and jeans (only)….

Why is it people with talent get less and people who dont have talent get more these days?
This has been the season for STUDIO artist and when the ones that can actually sing, they have trouble and we know they can sing.
Instead of having good music that can be served to you live we are in a time zone where we prefer shallow, cute non-singing girls. Why?
she’s gotten stale now…there’s nomore sparkle in my eye
Just because the necklace is expensive doesn’t mean anything, it’s still fugly. Everything she wears is fug;y I find (and her House of Dereon stuff is fugly too, the worse of all the star’s who have lines) This woman has never met a large accessory that she doesn’t like, she doe not know the meaning of subtle beauty. She thinks wearing pale lipstick and her plain straight hair is enough subtle, but everything she wears is just too-too much if you ask me. She can’t even wear jeans or a bathing suit without piling on the godawful accessories (expensive or not) with it.
I have never liked B’s sense of style. Her clothing line is sh#teous. Poor Beyonce she hates to bring the inner black in her, she loves wearing those fake blond wigs and light lipstick. She should take a cue from Halle Berry, you don’t see Halle trying to be white although her mother is white. Beyonce is pure negro with maybe some caucasion genes from way back when. She needs to embrace her culture and not try to be more white – or that inbetween Hispanic woman.
I’m really liking this new direction that Beyonce is working for the new album. She is a beautiful woman. She looks best when she lets her natural beauty show. I will be picking up this article.

I think beyonce’s look is getting boring. She swears by her long weaves! She kept us guessing with her ferocious styles at the pinnacle of her solo career back in 2002. The showbiz arena is getting too competitve for this..

You say she always overdoes it well. Maybe you should have a look at her pictures for Essence magazine or her commerical for True star.
Haters keep hating. You are the reasons she will always be on top. Whether she is talked about positively or negatively it is those comments that keep her in the limelight. So, if you didn’t care why do you keep talking.
