Vanessa Hudgens (in Kaufman Franco) keeps warm in the arms of boyfriend Zac Efron on the blue carpet at US Weekly‘s Hot Hollywood Party at New York City’s Skylight on Tuesday. (She came out to support Zac, who picked up the mag’s “Star of the Year” award.)

Unfortunately, the 19-year-old High School Musical starlet was freezing cold in her minidress and Jimmy Choo “Etta” Sandals. Vanessa posed for photos and rushed inside without stopping to say hello. Sniffles.
