Hilary Duff - “Reach Out” Music Video
Check out the new Hilary Duff “Reach Out” music video, which premiered exclusively on MySpace Music. It was directed by Philip Andelman on September 13–14, 2008 in Los Angeles. Hil does some funny thumb-sucking in the vid!
“Reach Out” featuring rapper The Prophet is the first single off Hilary’s compilation album titled Best of Hilary Duff due to hit stores shelves on November 11. The song was produced by Ryan Tedder (of OneRepublic).

the beat of the song is good, but hilary just does not have a strong enough voice to pull it off, and the video idea is good, but again, hilary cant pull it off, its awkward to watch
