I kinda have to agree with Ellen. Here in AR they passed Act 1(I voted against BTW) which limits foster care and adoption to married couples only. So not only do they go after the gays, but somebody like Angie and Brad could not adopt/foster here. Sad. :(

Jessica Alba doesn’t need to pretend to play an ugly woman. She is one inside and out. And what kind of name is Honor for a baby?!

I don’t think Obama ever supported gay marriage.

You know as Obama won, I hear a lot of liberals who voted for him say to us conservatives – buck up, our guy got more votes, we got the majority and you have to cope.

Which is TRUE. And so, while I didn’t vote for Obama, he is MY President too now, and I hope for the very best for him, for us and our country. He had the majority.

So . . . why can’t those same liberals accept the same situation when it applies to them. The majority of voters say no to gay marriage. Sorry, but no. So buck up, the other side had more votes and the majority and you have to cope.

    See how easy that is?

  • @8

    agree with you completely
i mean i dont really care if gay people can get married and i have nothin against them getting married but hey no is what the majority said and if you don’t like it, tough. honestly though i don’t see what good complaining does, if you wanna do something productive try to get the government to take another look at things. complaining helps nothing

  • Luli

True, in a democracy you have to accept what the majority chooses, but I don’t think marriage is something that should be submited to vote, straight people didn’t have to vote for their right to marry. If we can get married, gay people should be able to do it too
